The Special Investigation Team of Crime Branch has sent a notice to the father and brother of Kapil Baisla, the Shaheen Bagh shooter, to join the probe. After giving a video statement on Tuesday, Baisla’s father, Gaje Singh, and brother switched off their mobile phones and refused to join the investigation.
