Nirbhaya case: Centre challenges HC ruling in SC

Within hours of Delhi high court refusing permission for the execution of the four Nirbhaya case convicts separately, the Centre challenged it in the Supreme Court on Wednesday saying calculated and designed delay in filing mercy petitions after exhausting all legal remedies should not frustrate the mandate of concurrent judicial decisions.
