Tihar conducts dummy hanging in Nirbhaya case

Tihar authorities conducted the dummy hanging of the four convicts of the Nirbhaya case at the jail premises on Sunday. The authorities used bags of similar weights to check the strength of the ropes that would be used for the actual hanging on January 22.
