Police action, or inaction rather, allowed a man to open fire at the protest site in Jamia Millia Islamia and injure a university student. Cameras have caught the cops on Thursday standing idly even as the shooter animatedly waved the pistol and threatened to shoot, some policemen in fact capturing the scene on their mobile phones.
