Lives of Lal Kuan residents still hang by a thread

It was in 1999 when barely 3 km away from Anaj Mandi , a major fire broke out in the Lal Kuan area of Old Delhi, which claimed 57 lives. The fire occurred in a chemical godown and also engulfed the adjoining buildings. However, not much has changed in the area even after two decades, complain local residents.
