It was another chilly and foggy morning in the city on Friday, with 6.4 degrees Celsius minimum temperature, two degrees below normal. There was dense fog in the early morning and Palam had zero visibility from 4 to 8am, Met officials said. Due to this 19 flights to and from Delhi were cancelled and over 300 were delayed.
