The Walled City and parts of Central Delhi were placed under a seven-layered security cover, with deployment of sleuths from Special Protection Group, National Security Guards, Intelligence Bureau, paramilitary forces and Delhi Police, for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday.
