A day after riots rocked Seelampur, Mustafabad and Jafrabad in north-east Delhi, nine people were arrested and 18 detained for leading and inciting the mob. All the accused are residents of Seelampur and Jafrabad and are alleged to have been participants in the protest march on Tuesday.
