Peoples Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) chairman Farooq Abdullah on Saturday filed a complaint with Jammu & Kashmir state election commissioner that the candidates fielded by the seven-party conglomerate for the district development council (DDC) polls are not being allowed to campaign.
