SC caps interest rate at 8% for Noida realtors

In a big relief to real estate companies, the Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Noida and Greater Noida authorities to cap the interest rate at 8% for delay in payment of land cost. At present, the Noida authorities charge interest rate of 15-23% for such delay by builders.
