Lucknow: Teen found dead on railway tracks

The mutilated body of a 15-year-old boy was found on railway tracks in Bindaua area of Mohanlalganj on Wednesday.Police said prima facie, it appears to be a case of suicide as the boy had left home in an agitated state after being scolded by his parents for skipping school and not concentrating on studies.
