65-year-old shot over kite flying dispute in Lko

A 65-year-old barber was shot dead while his customer suffered gunshot injuries over a trivial issue in Sultanpur on Wednesday night. The barber, Ashfaq, died on the spot after sustaining bullet injuries in his head while customer Dilshad (37), who was getting a haircut, sustained multiple injuries.
